How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@rpgdatenight.com from the address you used at checkout with your order number. We usually reply within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Digital products

Because our products are delivered digitally, we ask that you delete any downloaded files once your refund is issued. We do not require you to return anything physically.
